2lbs pork roast (I used chicken breast)
2 cans Coke (NOT diet) 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/4 c. water 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies 1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce (I like Old El Paso) 1 c. brown sugar
Load it all in the crock pot cook on low for 4-6hours
