Let The Hot Dogs Roll

Just a few pictures of the boys playing baseball.
During the baseball season with four boys and three different teams, we live at the ball field. The dinner of choice of course is hot dogs, cheese fries and an occasional frito pie. That's a lot of dogs.
Having Matthew and Tuffer on the same team has been nice. I like watching the two of them playing together.
Sherman and Steve are coaching Shermie's team this year. Let's just say they are a work in progress.
Annalyn loves to cheer for the boys.
Nicholas' team is funny to watch.  Mostly because Nic is such a nut!
He has gotten some good hits.
He may turn out to be a good catcher but I think he just likes the equipment.

 Annalyn with ketchup corners.
Buy the time the season is over we will be full of both baseball and hot dogs. But hey what am I complaining about...week night entertainment with the family, cheap no cook dinner...I'm all over that!

Better Safe Than Sorry

We had some concerns about Matthews heart so the doctor thought he should get an electrocardiography done.
Everything turned out to be fine with nothing to worry about.

Easter

The kids Easter morning.

We went over to Pop pop and Gramie's for dinner after church. Pop pop made a very yummy dinner of leg of lamb.
Looks like the Easter Bunny visited Gramie's house too.

Family Bowling and Bull Ridding

We had a really great time the other day at the bowling alley.
We ordered pizza and everyone bowled.

Shermie got a strike!

Then we took turns on the mechanical bull. Annalyn sat for about two seconds and when it started to move she had had enough of it. Nicholas stayed on for a long time.

They were so much fun too watch I couldn't stop laughing the whole time.

Dying Eggs

We decide this year to dye some Easter eggs. So with the help of Grandma we gathered around the table.

Annalyn taking in the lovely color of her hands.
This egg matches his eyes.

What a wonderful rainbow of eggs.

Thanks grandma for joining us.

Leaping Lizards

Matthew found this little collared lizard while visiting Uncle Mikey.
He of course had to bring it home.
The kids were all fascinated with it.

Especially when it pulled this little trick...
They were very concerned that it had been hurt until I explained how they are able to drop their tails off in an effort to escape it's prey. He was then let lose to go on his way.

When Dad's Do Hair

When Dad's do hair there are no garranties on how it will turn out...
...Even then I am sure you don't quite expect this.
Neither did she.
